A cable lock is one of the simplest ways to prevent a tragedy. This free cable lock secures most shotguns, rifles, pistols and revolvers by running through the barrel to prevent the firearm from being fired. A rubber coating protects your firearm, and a keyed deadbolt with a 4-pin cylinder keeps it locked down.

For the best protection, store your firearm with the cable lock engaged inside a locked safe or case. Keep ammunition in a separate locked container, and store your keys away from the firearm.
